Sigma Software

Making change feel clear.

Sigma Software is an international technology company delivering software development and engineering solutions for businesses across industries. I joined during a period of change, when the company was evolving its brand and communication. This gave me the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, brand and internal communication — helping turn a larger business transition into something people could understand and connect with.

01 — Role

Creative & strategic

My role was broad by nature. I worked across both creative and strategic tasks, from developing marketing ideas and communication materials to supporting the transition into the new brand. I was involved in shaping how the brand showed up across digital and physical touchpoints, while working closely with different teams to make sure the communication felt consistent, clear and relevant.

I worked across a mix of content, communication and creative projects, adapting the brand to different audiences and formats. This included developing marketing ideas, creating digital and physical assets, supporting events and contributing to the company’s online presence.

Working within a larger organization taught me how much thought goes into making communication feel simple — especially when there are many people, teams and priorities behind it.
